Requirements for Installation:

1. 32 or 64 bit Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008 R2
2. 32 or 64 bit Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista Business or higher, Windows 7 Professional or higher
3. 32 or 64 bit version of MS SQL 2000/2005/2008 or SQL Express database must be available during installation.
4. IIS 6/7/7.5 must be installed and Active Server Pages must be enabled. For IIS 7 or later, IIS 6 Metabase compatability must also be enabled.

Included in your download:

Your download consists of a single compressed file named "arcwebinstaller.zip". Within this compressed file are two installer packages for Windows x86 (32bit) and Windows x64 (64bit). The Windows 64bit installer will only install on 64bit editions of Windows platforms. The 32bit version will install on both 32 and 64bit editions of Windows but is only recommended for 32 bit systems.

The Account Reset Console Credential Provider Add-On is used to enhance the usefulness of the user self-service password reset feature in Account Reset Console by adding the ability to allow a user to reset their password from the Windows logon page (CTRL+ALT+DEL). This add-on can be distributed and installed by group policy, scripted or manually by an administrator.
