User Manager Pro

A fully functional trial version of User Manager Pro is available for download. Trial allows management of 10 computers for 30 days.

Existing customers who are within their Software Maintenance Agreement period can upgrade to the latest version at no extra charge.

Requirements for Installation:

  1. 32 or 64 bit Windows 2000 Server SP4, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2
  2. 32 or 64 bit Windows 2000 Professional SP4, Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista Business or higher, Windows 7 Professional or higher
  3. Optional - A SQL 2000/2005/2008 or SQL Express database must be available to User Manager Pro to take advantage of all reporting features such as scheduled reports, NTFS reporting, and Web Reporting for User Manager Pro. This can be on a separate machine.
  4. Optional - IIS5/6 must be installed and Active Server Pages must be enabled to make use of Web Reporting for User Manager Pro and/or Password Recovery Console. This can be on a separate machine.

Password Recovery Console

Secure your Windows systems by generating unique local administrator passwords for each machine on the network.

A fully functional trial version of Password Recovery Console – Delegated Management Version is available for download. Trial version is functional for 30 days.

Existing customers who are within their Software Maintenance Agreement period can upgrade to the latest version at no extra charge.

Specifications:

This can be installed onto the same system running User Manager Pro (UMP) or a different system.

Must already have UMP installed.

IIS 5/6 must be installed and Active Server Pages must be enabled.

The following platforms are not suported for hosting Password Recovery Console for UMP:

  2. Windows 7
  3. Windows Server 2008
  4. Windows Server 2008 R2
  5. Internet Information Services (IIS) 7
  6. Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.5

Web Reporting

Permit authorized users to access, sort, and filter detailed reports through an audited web interface.

A fully functional trial version of Web Reporting is available for download. The trial allows full use of Web Reporting for 30 days.

Existing customers who are within their Software Maintenance Agreement period can upgrade to the latest version at no extra charge.

Specifications:
This can be installed onto the same system running User Manager Pro (UMP) or a different system.

Must already have UMP installed.

UMP must be configured to use a MS SQL 2000/2005/2008 or SQL Express database which must be available during installation. This can be on a separate system.

The database must be configured to allow SQL authentication.

IIS 5/6 must be installed and Active Server Pages must be enabled.

The following platforms are not suported for hosting Web Reporting for UMP:

  3. Windows Server 2008
  4. Windows Server 2008 R2
  5. Internet Information Services (IIS) 7
